What is the maximum antenna cable length that SXM-E Reference Station can support? Any special cable that can cover longer distances?

It depends on what cable you’re using. At some point, Ohm’s Law will reduce the voltage getting to the active antenna amplifier, stopping it from working. Also, there’s the RF attenuation of the cable at GNSS frequencies to consider.
My rule-of-thumb would be:
RG316 (thin) coax is OK for a couple of metres, maybe 5 at the most.
RG58 is better for longer runs of say 10m.
For runs of 20m or over, you may need a specialist low-loss cable. I’ve had very good results with Messi & Paoloni Ultraflex 7.
